The ‘Early ‘ and
The ‘Late’ Sessions with Joe
These classes will appeal to those who prefer the ambience of these magical times of day. Whatever your level or surfing discipline, all are welcome.
The Early: 07:30 to 09:30
The Late: 17:00 to 19:00
These sessions are conducted partially outside of Lifeguarded hours. But don’t worry, Joe is a fully trained and qualified Emergency Medical Technician. With this in mind we can only accept persons of 16yrs or over unless accompanied by a participating adult.
Classes held daily Monday to Friday.
£40 per person
Need to know
Please arrive half an hour before the class commences. Bring a towel and your full water bottle. Wetsuit and board provided. You're welcome to bring your own board and suit if you prefer. You can bring your keys or phone to the beach as we have lockable waters edge storage (provided at your own risk, limited space for keys/phone and water bottle only).
What to expect
Check in. Change. 5 minute walk to the beach. Introduction. Yoga inspired and surf relevant warm up utilising bodyweight exercises, visualisation and breath work. One and a half hours water time. Debrief.
