WE ARE HIRING!

We are looking for full time Surf Instructors to join our highly motivated, family friendly and experienced team on the beautiful beach of watergate bay.

Westcountry surf school is one of the top reviewed surf schools in Cornwall. Based overlooking the whole of watergate bay, the business operates daily from March to October as well as private sessions throughout the winter.

The team is made up of a mixture of local and international characters from various walks of life, who all share a love for the sea and passion for surf coaching.

Candidates should hold at-least an ISA level 1 Surf Coach certificate and current Beach Lifeguard qualification. All applicants must be passionate, reliable and have a flexible and adaptive attitude towards work. Additionally skill development and further in-house training will be provided for successful candidates.

Rates of pay vary depending upon experience and qualifications.
